Hershel Petty - President
Hershel came to Teltec (now Gorilla Circuits) in 2002 bringing investors, customers, and a management team. Hershel lead the directive to change the company name from Teltec to Gorilla Circuits and helped transform the company into an industry leading technology provider. Hershel graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. He has been in the PCB business for over 40 years.
Jaime Gutierrez - Vice President of Operations
Jaime brought all new fabrication processes to Gorilla with his many years in dealing with high technology Semiconductor Test Boards. Jaime helped transform the company from a 6 and 8 layer domestic production fab to the industry leading quick turn PCB supplier we are today. Jaime brings over 40 years of fabrication experience to our team.
Karl Rauch - Vice President of Sales
Karl has more than 30 years experience in PC Boards. With Karl's dedication and loyal following he has been able to increase sales from $5.6 million in 2002 to $40 million in 2011.
Fermin Aviles - Facilities Manager
With 27 years of experience, Fermin has helped transform Gorilla into the state-of-the-art facility it is today. His experience extends from the day to day upkeep of production equipment, new equipment installations, project management, and facilities maintenance. His background in programmable logic controls has enabled the design and implementation of process systems furthering Gorilla’s position as one of the top PCB fabricators in the U.S.
Lorie Gutierrez – CAM/Planning Manager
Lorie has three decades of PCB engineering experience. Lorie has earned the recognition of many design engineers throughout the electronics industry.
Javier Villa - Process Engineer Manager
Javier graduated in 1997 from San Jose State University with a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering. Javier has over 15 years of PCB manufacturing experience and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Villanova University. He brings to this organization the philosophy, technical expertise, and statistical tools to build High Quality printed circuit boards.
George Harris - Process Engineer Manager
George brings his passion for engineering and innovation to the Gorilla team. He is well respected for his research and accomplishments in the Silicon Valley over the past 25+ years. George thrives on keeping pace with the ever changing technology in the PCB industry.
James Melia - Director of Quality
James joined the Gorilla Circuits team in 2005 adding his 18 years experience in the PCB industry. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems & Computer Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. James has Hands-On experience in Planning, CAM, and Inner Layer processing. His dedication to process development and documentation has driven Gorilla's success in becoming a valued long-term supplier to many major OEM's.
Brett Dobens - Regional Sales Manager
Brett started with the company in 2004 opening an office just outside Boston Massachusetts. He has built the business from the ground up bringing in many new valued customers and forging strong partnerships. Today the East Coast represents nearly half of Gorilla's total revenues. Brett graduated in 2004 from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Small Business Management.
Harsha Reddy - Business Development Manager
Harsha brings almost 10 years of International PCB industry experience to Gorilla. He manages our production Fab business in Taiwan, Assembly in San Jose, and opened our Design center in India.
Mario Borjon - Director of Finance & Administration
Mario joined Gorilla Circuits in 2002. Prior to joining Gorilla Circuits he held Finance positions within the dotcom and energy sectors. Mario is involved in most aspects of Gorilla Circuits’ business including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Legal, and oversight of I.T. related activities. Mario earned a bachelors degree in business administration from Saint Mary’s College of California and an MBA from San Jose State University.
