Management Team

Gorilla Circuits is comprised of a highly skilled team of individuals who have extensive successful experience in the PCB fabrication industry.

Hershel Petty - President
Hershel came to Teltec in 2002 bringing investors, customers, and a management team. Changed the name from Teltec to Gorilla Circuits, and helped transform the company into a new entity. Hershel graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.

Bud Hambleton - Vice President
Bud received an Industrial Engineering Degree from San Jose State University. Bud started with the company in 1973. Bud's history with the building and knowledge of equipment has really rounded out the team. Bud became owner of the company in the year 2000.

Jaime Gutierrez - Vice President of Operations
Jaime brought all new processes to Gorilla Circuits with his many years in dealing with load cards, helped transform the company from a 6 and 8 layer shop to all of its current capabilities.

Karl Rauch - Sales Manager
Karl has had 25 years experience in PC Boards. He was Sales Manager at SVPC, and is Sales Manager at Gorilla CIrcuits. With Karl's loyal following, he has been able to transform the Sales Department, and increase sales from company high of $3 million in 2001 to over $13 million in 2004 and $20 million on 2006.

Lorie Gutierrez - Front End Engineering Manager
Lorie Gutierrez brings more than two decades of PCB engineering experience to Gorilla Circuits and has earned the recognition of design engineers throughout the electronics industry.

Javier Villa - Process Engineer
Javier graduated in 1997 from San Jose State University with a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering. Javier has six years of PCB manufacturing experience and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Villanova University. He brings to this organization the philosophy, technical expertise, and statistical tools to build high Quality printed circuit boards.

George Harris - Process Engineer Manager
George Harris brings his passion for engineering and innovation to the Gorilla team. He is well respected for his research and design accomplishments in the Silicon Valley over the past 22 yrs. Like his work as a process engineer manager in Harbor Electronics. George thrives on keeping pace with the ever changing technologies in the PCB industry.

James Melia - Director of Quality
James joined the Gorilla Circuits team in early 2005, adding his 18 years experience of the PCB industry. He graduated with a BS in Information Systems / Computer science from Virginia Commonwealth Univ. Practical Hands-On experience in Planning, CAM, Troubleshooting, and several other Depts, aid him in his current Responsability of ensuring a quality product.

Brett Dobens - East Coast Sales Manager
Brett graduated in 2004 from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship.  Brett has grown sales for Gorilla on the East Coast from the ground up and expecting over $4 million for 2007 sales.  He has proven to be a valuable asset and addition to the Gorilla team.
