Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Front End Planning

• Swing shift (3:00pm-11:30pm), Grave shift (11:00pm-7:30am)
• Monday-Friday; Saturdays as needed
• Trainee or Experienced 
• Wage starting at $18. Additional DOE

We are currently looking for a new member to join our Planning Department. The Planning Department has a significant amount of responsibility because they provide work instructions for all manufacturing processes and work directly with our customers to resolve design issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review customer designs and convert that information into manufacturing work instructions
• Effectively communicate and interface with other departments to clarify work instructions.
• Utilize InPlan software to facilitate the planning process
• Troubleshoot any potential issues with work instructions that are created in error

The ideal candidate must possess the following characteristics:

• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years PCB Planning experience in a hi-tech facility preferred    
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (phone, e-mail, & in person).
• Calm during time-critical situations
• A desire to get things done correctly the first time.
• A general interest in technology
