We are currently looking for a new member to join our Customer Service/Inside Sales Team..
–Primary point of contact for our customers
–Establish and maintain rapport with our customers
–Identify and proactively address potential issues with orders
–Effectively communicate with customers on a daily basis.
–Interface with Manufacturing to obtain scheduling updates and communicate updates to customer(s)
–Work with the customers & the Quality Department to resolve quality issues.
–Input jobs into our system for processing.
–Interact with our Finance/Accounting department to assist in resolving credit issues
The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
–Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably in Communications or Business, but we are open to all majors.
–Prior experience in lieu of a degree is OK
–Superior communication skills (phone, e-mail, & in-person).
–Comfortable with time-critical situations
–Upbeat, extroverted personality
–Creative problem-solving capabilities
